At Sigma Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brewing equipment; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a successful return process.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Sigma Coffee account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused coffee gear in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
