You're Nuts is a playful twist on a classic Brazilian espresso profile, built around an Arara lot from Agropecuária Muñiz in the Cabo Verde region of Minas Gerais. Round and sweet with a subtle winey character, it delivers rich notes of dark berry cordial, smooth caramel, and a crunchy cacao nib finish — a Brazilian espresso that punches above its weight.


THE PRODUCER

Adriano Muñiz runs Agropecuária Muñiz in the Cabo Verde region of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil's most established specialty-producing states. The farm sits at around 1,150 MASL — modest by Ethiopian or Colombian standards, but well-suited to the Arara variety, which thrives at lower altitudes and produces a naturally full, sweet cup character.
